Hello, could some of you international travelers share your experiences in airports outside the US?

Right now, I'm spacifically thinking of Paris CDG and Amsterdam.

My mother-in-law may be traveling on her own this Fall, and she will need assistance.

Thank you so much,
Polka Dot

I've never been to the netherlands, but I have been to paris.

the service at paris was good, but you will need to prepare her that if she cannot speak french they will probably be rude to her.
if she can speak some, she had better be prepared to speak it all the time, because if you address them in french, they won't go back.

most european airports are pretty good, and indeed that is the only complaint I have toward paris.

Oh gall! That would be bad news bears! Lol, she can be grumpy sometimes and she'd probably be rude right back to them.

Maybe a direct flight is the best route. *smile*

Thank you for the reply though.
